Assigning a loyalty card to an account

The account can be assigned at the beginning or end of the transaction

Once assigned the relevant account details will be displayed on the order pad; if this is incorrect, then selecting assign iZone account again will cancel the operation

Checking an account balance

Using the iZone balance check function allows you to view a current balance and shows how many rewards are available for the selected account; you can also print the balance slip from here

Redeeming Prizes/Rewards

Select assign iZone account and swipe or enter the card number. Ring up the order as normal and select redeem iZone prize - any prizes/rewards applicable will be shown.

Rewards shown in red are discounts and rewards shown in green are items
